This college was established on 1986 by late Daanbeer (Great Donour) Mr. M.A. Majid at Dighalia Upazila head quarter in Khulna district. This is the first established college in the Upazilla. it was included into MPO in 1987. The College got recognition of Degree college (B.A., B.S.S. and B.Com) From Rajshahi University in 1992. The number of students and the results of H.S.C. and Degree Exams are quite satisfactory. Besides Regular acadamic activities, the students of college are also going on well with outstanding contribution to the field of sports and cultrue at national and international level.
