Khanjahan Ali Ideal College,established in 1993 is the brainchild of some progressive minhded persons like prof .Sheikh Hasan Ali as the convenor and the acting principal , Mr Gazi Abdus Salam as the first principal . Started at a factory at Afil gate, the college has gone through some positional changes to be permanent at p-5 plot KDA R/A on 1.99 acres of land on 14-11-1994 . It got its affiliation from Jessore Board on 14-08-1995 . promoted to degree level at 1998- 99 session , it is at present facilitating Honours in 4 subjects (Accounting , Management , Economics and Islamic history) from 2011-12 session .SMA Daud ,BA(Hons), MA(English) is now the principal under whose skilled leadership , the college is running satisfactorily.
