A short history of College
Rajanagar Ranirhat Degree College was established in 1985 beside Chittagong -Rangamati Road near Ranirhat with the financial amistance of cross section of people,great zeal and endeavowr of some local concious and eduation loving men with a view to spreading education among the female and the poor who are deprived of
higher education . The college is situated in the greater Rajanagar Union under
Rangunia Upazilla, in its north hill area, in the district of Chittagong . R. A.. B .M .
High School are to the north of the college . Ranirhat Al- Amin Hamedia Fagil
Madrasha is to the south of the College. It is situated on nearly 3.19 acres of land
Prevailing excellent and congenial atmosphere of education . It is completely free
from politics . It applies new and improved system of education designed by the
Gor,t. of the people's Republic of Bangladesh , National University and the B.I.S.E.
,Chittagong . Now it does good results and as a result it has , at present achieved the
prestige of being the best college of Rangunia upazilla . It is well furnished with
sufficient buildings , play ground , security belt , Shaheed Minar : pure drinking water
tube well , rich library , Modern Science laboratory , Computer laboratory , Mike and
Sound systems , electricity and other education materials .Besides specific college
