Kotwalipara Sheikh Lutfar Rahman Adarsha govt, College established in the year 1970 as Kotalipara College with the initiation and monitory support of some persons interested in education of kotalipara. Later on in the year 1973 the name of the college changed as `Sheikh Lutfar Rahman Adarsha college"after the name of Late Sheikh Lutfar Rahman, the father of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibar Rahman,the father of the nation. The college nationalized on 24/11/1986.
